I have been a massage therapist for 12 years and have learned to truly listen and genuinely ask questions. It is through this profession that I have learned that you cannot separate mind, body, and spirit. I have completed Ultimate Journey and discovered how debilitating and detrimental it is when we listen to the negative voices and lies. Ultimate Journey taught me how to exchange the lies for the truth so you can see yourself as God sees you. Over and over Jesus has taken my right hand and led me to a place of belonging and rest. I have gone through a painful failed adoption, struggled with anxiety and control issues, moments away from divorce and just recently went through the painful loss of my brother because of addiction. I have learned the value of having someone walk alongside you during difficult seasons and transitions.

I work with women who have experienced pain though loss, divorce, or chronic illness. These women are in a season of transition and are searching to see God’s plan in it all. My role as a coach is to walk with them prayerfully and purposefully into this new season where joy is restored, and abundant living is discovered. With massage therapy I have learned to listen and have learned that you cannot separate body, mind, and spirit. I have gone through some painful seasons, some brought on by my own, some were not. Through it all God has been redeeming and restoring me back to how He intended to me to live and that is where I have found purpose and abundant living. “And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” 1 Peter 5:10 NIV
