I offer guided sessions on issues that matter most to clients challenged with chronic illness. Issues such as ( yet not limited to), self-care, time management, relationship balance, medical decisions and staying grounded in faith. I champion my clients forward on their personal pathway to a peaceful and satisfying life. I walked my own journey of chronic illness to wellness, so I understand the many challenges my clients face, and it is deeply satisfying for me: walking with others in this unique journey. I also work with any client, wanting to reach health and wellness goals, addressing the whole person: Spirit, Soul, and Body.
