I graduated from Saint Mary's College with a BA in Social Work in 1984 and received my Masters of Social Work from Indiana University in 2006. I became a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) through the Christian Coach Institute, accredited by the International Coach Federation. In 2021, I became a Certified Grief Educator through Grief.com led by renowned Grief Expert, David Kessler.
