Lisa Allen has a passion for and connection to women and uses this passion as Executive Director of Ministry & Staff Development at Proverbs 31 Ministries where her leadership portfolio includes oversight of: First 5 App Online Bible Studies, She Speaks/She Speaks Studio Radio & Social Media, Speaker Team P31 Ministry & Staff Development. That’s a really fancy way of saying that Lisa leads gifted leaders. Her experience as a Board Certified Life Coach, Consultant and Speaker has uniquely prepared her to facilitate training workshops for church staffs and leadership teams yet can also be poured forth in her popular keynote messages that leave her audience with a renewed passion, calling and confidence. Wearing her coaching hat, Lisa has written and coordinated a monthly podcast for COMPEL Writer Training. Anyone who spends any time with Lisa can attest that she enjoys the certifications she’s received for Team Coaching, DISC Personality Profile and Gallup Strengthsfinders. She is currently pursuing Church Consultation Certification through Lifeway. Lisa lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and has 2 grown children and a darling Yorkie, PJ.
