I have been employed until recently with a health and wellness company. I did weekly support calls to clients (women), coaching them to reach their weight loss and life goals. I lead twice monthly support meetings for clients, teaching on various subjects (health, women, fitness, etc) while offering encouragement and accountability. I worked closely with the owner who is a Registered Dietician and other health coaches.

I work with clients who lack confidence and are struggling with believing in themselves and the God-given power of change in their lives. What makes me and my services different from other coaches is that I WAS a woman with no belief in myself or the power to change my life. This means that my clients benefit from my experience on my journey to feeling confident and realizing the power God has given me to make positive changes in my life.
