I am a Certified Professional Life Coach through Christian Coach Institute, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. For years I have worked along side numerous women as they have journeyed through various life transitions. In addition to my coach training and life experience, I hold a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Appalachian State University. It is my desire to help women explore their hidden treasures within, discover their purpose for life, unlock their inner passions, and reveal their true identity, as they journey through a lifespan of change.

I work with women of all ages and stages of life who are challenged by life's many transitions, who feel stuck and overwhelmed by their current circumstances, who are struggling to find meaning and purpose in their daily tasks, and who seek growth and change in their most important relationships. I help encourage and empower women to find their confidence, contentment, and clarity in Christ as they journey towards the life they envision, and the life God has willed. I help them discover their passions, uncover their fears, and find balance in the midst of uncertainty.
