I bring over 20 years’ experience, in Leadership and Development roles, to my coaching practice. I am a no-nonsense coach who partners with you to help align your vision for your career and personal life with a renewed focus. Through my career I realized there were two ingredients that made me successful: hard work and partnering. Proverbs 20:5 says, The purposes of a (wo)man's heart are deep waters, but a (wo)man of understanding draws them out. I want to partner with my clients to achieve the success they desire by drawing out the vision they have for their career. As a leadership coach, I am passionate about partnering with people to achieve the highest level of success for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. I have worked with directors, VPs and C-level leaders to help them to become successful in their current role and develop the competencies needed to move to the next level. I am a certified DiSC™ facilitator and love to work with individuals and teams to make them more effective through understanding themselves and their team members better.
