Relevant Experience:
Jeanette combines her 20 years experience in Human Resources with her skills in Life Coaching to support and champion her clients to success. She held various leadership roles in Human Resources for the first 10 years of her career. A time management/priorities seminar led her to re-evaluate her purpose, values and life goals and she took a career sabbatical in 1999 to stay home with her 3 children for 10+ years. She shared her gifts at church and school, leading bible studies and church programs and actively engaging in the adoption and the pro-life cause. In 2009, she returned to the HR field as a Consultant supporting small businesses. In September, 2012, she became a Certified Life Coach Certified Human Behavior Specialist in the DISC assessment and launched a successful life coaching business entitled My Journey Coach that specializes in personal, career, adoption and spiritual journey coaching. She became certified in Brené Brown’s Daring Way™ Program in the summer of 2014. She provides individual and small group coaching using Brené's powerful videos, exercises and tools to combat shame, understand vulnerability and support her clients to live the wholehearted journey. She has a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Business and Psychology, a Master’s in Human Resource Management and is currently taking classes towards a Master’s degree in Spiritual Theology. Her passions are spirituality, reading, learning, exercising and celebrating life and faith with her family and friends.

She facilitates both individual and group coaching for the Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ programs. She can coach individuals/groups in person, over the phone and over the internet.
