Caroline has inspired, trained and coached thousands of leaders and parents across Canada and beyond for more than 20 years. She is an ordained minister. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Theology (Institut Biblique Quebec), and a Master of Arts in Leadership (Trinity Western University). She is also a certified Life Coach (Christian Coaching Institute). Her bilingual career began as pastor in the suburbs of Montreal. She spent a year working in the inner-city of Port-Au-Prince (Haiti). She then expanded her influence to reach church communities on Canada’s West coast. She was provincial director of children and family ministry for the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada in British-Columbia & the Yukon for nearly 10 years. In that role, she further developed her coaching, speaking, and management expertise by directing spiritual conferences for children, professional development conferences for Christian education leaders, delivering parenting seminars, mentoring emerging leaders, and developing curriculum for frontline church workers. She communicates effectively in both English and French. Caroline lives in British-Columbia with her husband of twenty years, Pascal, and their three lovely and energetic children Samira (15), Elliott (12) and Emmanuel (10).
