I work with women, youth, and families who are struggling to feel passion and purpose in their lives. I help them to know their strengths and feel direction so they can have confidence in living the story they are meant to tell. What sets me apart is that I listen for their needs in the context of a healthy individual and provide research-based knowledge in my questions to help clients find more freedom, focus, and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. This means that my clients benefit from addressing their focused needs and discover how they can define and direct more meaningful lives.
